Description

The creamy alternative to the liquid oxidant. A stabilised, creme based and subtly fragranced developed for the Refectocil eyelash & eyebrow tints. Only the use of Refectocil Oxidant guarantees the tinting results of Refectocil tints.

Use

Mix 15-20 drops of creme oxidant with 2 cm of tint - please read instructions.

Sufficient for approximately 200 applications.
